Exchange Policies

To ensure your satisfaction, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be made within 2 months from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
  • We only accept exchanges for a maximum amount of 10% of the value of your last purchase.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request: Send a list of the products you wish to exchange to rp@corso.mx for approval.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.
  3. Shipping: Once approved, send the items to our address. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  4. Exchange: We will process your exchange and send you the new items once we have received and inspected the original ones.

Return Policies

To ensure efficient and fair handling of returns, we have established the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns can be made within 2 months from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags.
  • We only accept returns for a maximum amount of 10% of the value of your last purchase.
  • Returns are subject to a 10% administrative and labor fee of the returned amount.

Return Process:

  3. Shipping: Once approved, send the items to our address. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  4. Refund: We will process your return and issue the corresponding refund once we have received and inspected the original items, deducting the applicable administrative fee.
