Product Warranty

All our products come with a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and ensures that you receive pieces of the highest quality.
 

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you find any defects in the manufacturing of the piece, we will be happy to repair it at no cost.
  • Free Repair: Within the warranty period, any repair due to manufacturing defects will be carried out at no additional cost.

    What does the warranty not cover?

  • Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or any alteration of the piece.
  • Items Outside the Warranty Period: If the piece needs repair after the warranty period, it will be assessed and may incur a cost.

    How to claim the warranty

  • Contact: Send an email to rp@corso.mx explaining the defect and attach clear photos of the product.
  • Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the images and inform you of the next steps for sending the piece.
  • Repair and Shipping: If the warranty is approved, we will proceed to repair the piece and send it back to you promptly.

    Repairs Outside the Warranty Period

    For items outside the warranty period, we offer repair services that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a quote and more details about this service. 

    Additional Policies

  • Special Orders: Special orders are subject to approval and quotation. The warranty for these products also only covers manufacturing defects.
  • Repairs and Exchanges: Repairs will not be considered for exchanges or returns.
